To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item has been used or damaged.

If you are returning an item for a refund, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
